We use Aromatherapy, Candles,Color, Incense,
Sound Vibratory Music, your voice, Light, the
different energy modalities listed below,
body mechanics, yogic stretch,breathe and then
listen and tune into what your body is needing
in the moment to Heal, Align, and Relax.
It is a multi sensory experience.

We Blend Western to Eastern ways whatever
resonates for you:
Chanting, Oming, Smudging, Singing bowls, Bells,
and Breathework, or not if that is not your thing.
Your session can be a combination:
You can start with chanting, a bit of stretchwork,
followed by a short session of Yoga, then
into a bodywork session and then ending with
an Om.
We do Chakra alignments, Clearings, DNA alignments,
Complete Mind, Body,Spirit experience...
We do not do "massage" we do "Mind, Body, Spirit,
Body tune ups, we have found through our own
personal journeys with clients that it is in
the blend that TRULY relaxes the body on all
levels to be able to JUST LET GO...
