My path to seek a more spiritual healing directed me to Carly Thorne.

PERSONAL TRAINING:
Carly Thorne has been my personal trainer for a year and a half.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a trainer
with knowledge of body, mind and spirituality.
When I started with Carly, I had received word that my bones were
mildly thinning. After working with Carly for six months, I retook the
bone density test and my bones were back to normal.
Carly is very flexible and modifies her workout to be attuned to the
body issues of the individual. When I mention a new condition I am
experiencing, she can show me exercises to help alleviate the problem.
She has also convinced me to try acupuncture and has recommended
other types of practitioners from which I would benefit.
Carly is resourceful and can plan a workout for a health club, in her
studio, or in my home, using the resources available for a beneficial
session.
She is a wonderful and caring person, and anyone would benefit
from knowing her in any capacity.
